Lots & Spaces
A grave 'space' is a single burial space. A 'lot' is more than one burial space.
Any type of lot that can be desired is available at Green Lawn. From individual family islands to large lots in the newer and the historical sections, to individual spaces, Green Lawn has a variety of choices for in-ground burial, and a wide price range to fit everyone's budget.

| Monument Lot |
Monument lots are designed to include a large upright family monument with the family name on it. Separate flat or raised markers indicate the individual graves on this type of lot. A monument lot can be as few as two spaces or as many as one hundred plus spaces. Flower planting is allowed on all monument lots, and landscaping as approved by Green Lawn management is also appropriate.
Raised marker lots are found mostly in the older, historical sections of the Cemetery. These may be individual spaces or raised marker lots, which would include more than one space. This type of marker design has been used since the inception of the Cemetery in 1848, and many unique individual designs and beautiful colors are available in raised markers.
Most single spaces are sold as flush marker spaces. That means that the marker, which can be granite or bronze, is set flush with the ground so that it does not project above the grave. This type of marker is the simplest for Cemetery maintenance, so the flush marker spaces are the most economical.
Sections Currently Available
Section 124 - This is our newest section, and is located directly across from the Administrative Office on Green Lawn Avenue. There are flush, monument and estate lots available in this section.
Section 121 - This section is in the southeast corner of the developed cemetery. It also has flush, monument and estate lots, however, it is not on the main avenue.
Section 123 - This section is located in the northeast corner of the developed cemetery. It is a flush marker only section.
Section 116 - This section has had spaces reserved for the congregations of Beth Tikvah and Beth Shalom Temples. To be interred in Section 116, the deceased and his family must be a member in good standing with the Temple.
Section 65 - There are a very limited number of large premium lots suitable for a personal family mausoleum that are available around the pond.
